Grupo Kukulkan International maintains the right to evaluate and respond to any sourcing request.

 

The company is not bound to fulfill any sourcing request until a quote has been accepted and a valid legal contract and invoice are signed and accepted by the customer, validated by international commercial and legal regulations.

 

All sourcing requests will be assessed according to local, national, and international laws to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.

 

Requests that fall outside legal boundaries will be rejected.
